What You'll Do

• Recruit & Onboard Talent : Partner with managers to attract top candidates, manage interviews, and provide a seamless onboarding experience that sets employees up for success.
• Support Employee Success : Serve as a resource for employees, guiding them through policies, benefits, and day-to-day HR matters while fostering trust and engagement.
• Administer Benefits & Payroll : Oversee health, retirement, and wellness programs. Process payroll bi-weekly with precision and care.
• Manage HR Systems : Keep HRIS data accurate, generate reports, and assist with system updates and training initiatives.
• Ensure Compliance : Stay current on employment laws and maintain compliance across all HR functions, including audits and workplace postings.
• Champion Company Culture : Help drive training, performance reviews, and employee development initiatives that promote growth and accountability.
