Expanding and highly respected civil litigation firm specializing in warranty defense litigation, business litigation, and personal injury is offering a Discovery Associate Attorney position within its warranty defense team.

The applicant MUST BE LICENSED IN CALIFORNIA IN GOOD STANDING WITH AT LEAST 3 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE. The ideal candidate will be a fast learner, a self-starter, possess excellent writing skills, and be capable of completing discovery response sets daily. Our firm values a collaborative team environment where we care about our work and consistently deliver for our clients. Our clients include major automotive manufacturers.

The following are the requirements for the right candidate :

• Knowledge of or familiarity with litigation defense work.
• Knowledge of or familiarity with California Rules of Civil Procedure and Federal Rules.
• Experience with written discovery, document productions, and responding to motions to compel.
