Job Description
As the Indirect Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for technology and other service acquisitions and fulfillment within the indirect sourcing team. You will support cross-functional projects and work with a variety of groups to understand the procurement requirements and negotiation strategies for various projects. You will get the opportunity to manage sourcing processes from beginning to end and act as a "product consultant" to provide solutions for new products and services to meet business needs.
Responsibilities
- Establishing and managing relationships with internal customers / stakeholders.
- Support sourcing initiatives by understanding relevant processes and stakeholders across the enterprise.
- Manage the RFI / RFP process, including organizing and coordinating information and requirements; planning, arranging, and meeting schedules and monitoring results.
- Manage daily sourcing requests across categories and issue POs as needed.
- Obtain quotes, compare and analyze supplier proposals.
- Work with the enterprise in assisting in the development and maintenance of vendor scorecards, cost modeling and KPI measurements
- Managing POs and review PO for coding, pricing and information accuracy
- Inform customers of PO issuance and any other details regarding orders
- Participating in savings tracking, supplier enablement, and process improvements
- Lead data analysis in support of SOW drafting
- Develop and deliver engaging presentation and dynamic reports on key projects or data insights to key stakeholders.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders and follow required sourcing policies and procedures
- Assist with new supplier onboarding process
- Other duties as assigned

Indirect sourcing experienceExperience using a procurement technology (ie Ariba, Coupa, GEP)1-3 years of experience in a sourcing role with increasing responsibility managing $5MM+ in category spend2+ years of contract negotiation experienceThis person must be within a commutable distance to Mendota Heights. This role will be 2 days a week in office / hybrid.
Compensation
The potential compensation range for this role is below. The final offer amount could exceed this range, based on various factors such as candidate location (geographical labor market), experience, and skills. $52,200.00 - $63,900.00
