This position is responsible for directing the duties of Security personnel on a shift-by-shift basis. Responsible for the overall safety and security of company assets and personnel. This position's schedule is the evening shift.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Safeguards the assets of the company.
• Implements security department policies and procedures as directed by the Safety and Security Manager.
• Supervises all personnel assigned to the Safety / Security Department for the protection of guests, employees, and property on a shift basis.
• Plans and schedules security activities for a shift.
• Conducts follow-up investigations on reported incidents as directed.
• Ensures all reportable incidents are completely documented, entered in the database, and accounted for.
• Investigate employee fraud against the property and customers as directed.
• Investigate accident reports as directed.
• Any reasonable request made by Management.
• Ensure department uniform, appearance, and grooming standards are followed and maintained.
• Meet attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to regulatory, departmental, and company policies.
• Keep work areas clean and free of safety hazards, debris, and litter.
• Perform all job functions in a safe and responsible manner.

All Employees must be knowledgeable of all Company policies and procedures, including fire and safety regulations.

Education and / or Experience : High school diploma or equivalent required.

Skills and Abilities :

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations : Must be able to obtain and maintain a Missouri Gaming Commission License.
