Alma is hiring : Senior Creative Director in Salt Lake City

Overview

Alma is seeking a Senior Creative Director to elevate and champion the role of creative within the Alma brand. Reporting into the SVP of Brand & Marketing, this role will shape the creative expression of Alma’s brand strategy and lead a Creative team to deliver high-quality, compelling work that moves the brand and business forward. The ideal candidate is a visual innovator and compelling storyteller, comfortable with both concepting and execution, and experienced in leading small but high-performing teams.

What you’ll do

• Guide the creative vision and strategy to evolve look and feel, shaping our voice across channels and ensuring brand consistency across owned, paid, and integrated campaigns.
• Champion bold ideas and creative approaches to express the Alma story and connect with therapists, clients, payers, and employers.
• Provide strategic direction and leadership to a team of designers, copywriters, and creative project managers, fostering creativity, innovation, and collaboration.
• Partner with Creative Project Managers to oversee end-to-end creative processes, ensuring alignment with the brand vision and efficient workflows.
• Manage relationships with external agencies, freelancers, and vendors to ensure high-quality, on-brand execution.
• Collaborate with Product Design to maintain brand cohesion across Marketing and Product surfaces.
• Maintain a strong understanding of target audiences, market trends, and competitor landscape to inform creative work.

Salary Band : $190,000 - $240,000
