Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Supervisor to join our team! As a Clinical Supervisor, you will oversee a team of practitioners and assist with their patient caseload and treatment plans, as well as oversee your own patients. In addition, you will be responsible for meeting with staff, addressing concerns, and helping conduct training and development of existing and new staff members. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of patient care, managing caseloads, and strong interpersonal skills to manage a team.
Responsibilities
- Provide strong leadership and guidance to staff in regards to scheduling and treatment plans
- Provide focused leadership, support and supervision to the clinical team.
- Oversee the collection of information needed to assess and develop the clinical formulation.
- Assist in treatment plan development in collaboration with the person served.
- Demonstrate a proactive commitment to maintaining effective communication with staff and customers to facilitate and promote effective working relationships and customer service.
- Ensure that clinical services are being delivered and documented in accordance with Trauma and Family Integrations (TFI)) clinical philosophy and all licensing and regulatory bodies.
- Provide feedback to the Clinical Director / Leadership Team, and generate reports as necessary to maintain satisfactory compliance standards.
- Ensure all paperwork, reports, trainings are up to date and completed within the expected timelines for the division.
- Liaise with other supervisors, stakeholders, related agencies and develop community resources.
- Convene and actively participate in all supervisions and staff meetings.
- Ability to work / communicate clearly with and respectfully to culturally diverse supervises is mandatory.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Clinical Supervisor is desired
- Masters degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling
- Independent licensure (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, LADC1)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience delivering CBHI services
- Deep understanding of health care policies and regulations
- Demonstratable ability to manage others, including handling scheduling and problem-solving
