Lead support functions and operations across multiple business groups.Contribute to large-scale strategic initiatives .Drive efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness of solutions.Conduct research and analysis of moderately complex business / operational initiatives .Provide independent recommendations on process and strategy.Assist with planning / execution of programs in risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience .Collaborate with team leaders on project plans, policies, and procedures.Manage cross-functional relationships and supplier management execution.Partner with risk / oversight groups to ensure governance and compliance .Support Third Party Program (TPP) & Supply Chain lifecycle activities.Present findings / recommendations to leadership and executive management .Provide direction to less experienced staff .Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in :Business Execution

3+ years of independent accountability in risk activities and self-performance management .Desired Qualifications
4+ years of Third-Party Risk Management experienceKnowledge of Wells Fargo's Third Party Risk PlatformExperience with contracts (drafting, reviewing, interpreting)Strong prioritization and deadline management skills in high-pressure settingsExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communicationProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)Familiarity with TableauStrong analytical and critical thinking skillsAbility to influence and negotiate with senior leadershipStrong relationship management and team collaboration
