• Lead Creative Direction : Develop and execute brand-aligned creative strategies across multiple companies and platforms.
• Design Mastery : Produce high-level graphic design, branding assets, marketing collateral, and web design layouts that are modern, engaging, and on-trend.
• Digital Strategy : Build and optimize websites, landing pages, and digital campaigns with strong attention to SEO, analytics, and performance.
• Innovate Constantly : Stay ahead of design, marketing, and technology trends. Propose fresh ideas, systems, and campaigns that elevate our brand presence.
• Project Ownership : Manage projects from concept through execution.
• Cross-Platform Storytelling : Ensure cohesive messaging and aesthetics across print, web, social, CRM, and emerging platforms. Qualifications : Skills & Experience We’re Looking For
• 5+ years in creative direction, marketing design, or similar leadership roles.
• Expert-level skills in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong web design & development ability (WordPress).
• SEO strategy & implementation experience.
• Typography and brand systems expertise.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Exceptional communication skills and a strong sense of ownership.
• A portfolio that shows you can both dream big and deliver. Compensation : $18 - $21 hourly
