Design Mastery : Produce high-level graphic design, branding assets, marketing collateral, and web design layouts that are modern, engaging, and on-trend. Digital Strategy : Build and optimize websites, landing pages, and digital campaigns with strong attention to SEO, analytics, and performance. Innovate Constantly : Stay ahead of design, marketing, and technology trends. Propose fresh ideas, systems, and campaigns that elevate our brand presence. Project Ownership : Manage projects from concept through execution. Cross-Platform Storytelling : Ensure cohesive messaging and aesthetics across print, web, social, CRM, and emerging platforms. Marketing Infrastructure : Collaborate with leadership on CRM systems, branding & marketing strategies, and scalable marketing workflows. 5+ years in creative direction, marketing design, or similar leadership roles. Expert-level skills in Adobe Creative Suite. Strong web design & development ability (WordPress). Typography and brand systems expertise. Familiarity with CRM systems. Exceptional communication skills and a strong sense of ownership. A portfolio that shows you can both dream big and deliver.
