This individual will be responsible for :

Leading the migration of end-user to a new remote desktop.

Production support of the enrollment in Thin Terminals for 500+ users.

Working with the transition team onsite with remote users across the country.

We are actively speaking with applicants that have a minimum of :

Hands-on experience with Office Products.

2+ Years of remote IT and user-facing support experience.

High level organization and communication skills.

Preferred Certifications and Experience :

Virtual Desktop Experience (Service Central)

3+ Years of Information Technology hands-on experience.
