Waxing the City, Fremont is seeking an energetic and motivated Part-Time Studio Manager to join our team. This role combines leadership, client experience, and business support in a flexible, part-time capacity. It is ideal for someone who enjoys building client relationships, supporting a team, and helping grow a local business through marketing and community outreach.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily studio operations to ensure an exceptional client experience
- Manage staff scheduling, front desk flow, and studio organization
- Assist with social media marketing : creating posts, reels, and stories on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
- Support local marketing efforts, including B2B relationship building, community outreach, and events
- Track performance metrics and support growth initiatives
- Studio upkeep, including managing cleaning checklist in accordance with the Board of Cosmetology for the treatment rooms and front lobby area; identify and report any broken or unsafe equipment to ensure safety
