A Florida-based organization is seeking a civil litigation attorney to join its in-house legal team. The role focuses on personal injury defense, insurance defense, premises liability, and slip-and-fall matters

Responsibilities :

  • Manage civil defense cases from intake to resolution
  • Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
  • Represent the organization in hearings, mediations, and negotiations
  • Advise on liability and risk management issues

Qualifications :

  • J.D. and active Florida Bar admission
  • 3–7 years of civil litigation experience (personal injury / insurance defense preferred)
  • Strong advocacy, research, and writing skills
