Max Motors Dealerships is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to join our dynamic team at our prestigious dealership. As an Automotive Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and managing the service needs of our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities :
- Greet customers and identify their needs, build strong relationships and establish trust with our customers
- Schedule service appointments, communicate with technicians and provide accurate estimates to customers
- Prioritize and manage work flow within the service department
- Utilize dealership management systems to accurately document and bill customer services
- Notify customers when their vehicle is ready for pick up and review the service performed
- Address any customer concerns and provide solutions to ensure their satisfaction
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate with customers
- Collaborate with sales team to upsell additional services and accessories
- Maintain a clean and organized service department to ensure a safe and efficient work environment
Qualifications :
Minimum of 2 years' experience as an Automotive Service AdvisorHigh school diploma or equivalent, post-secondary education is an assetKnowledge of automotive systems, mechanics and repair proceduresExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong customer service orientationAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyComputer proficiency and experience with dealership management systemsValid driver's license and clean driving recordWe offer a competitive salary and benefits package, ongoing training and development opportunities, and a supportive work environment.
