Physical Therapist – Outpatient | Full-Time (Williamsburg, VA)

$80K–$105K + Bonus + Relocation | No Weekends | Mentorship for New Grads

Job Summary :

We are hiring a full-time Physical Therapist for a well-established outpatient clinic in Williamsburg, VA . This role offers a supportive team environment, flexible 8-hour shifts, and a strong focus on manual therapy and patient-centered care. New graduates are encouraged to apply — mentorship and structured onboarding are provided.

Requirements :

• Active Physical Therapy license in Virginia (or eligibility to obtain)
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable managing 12–14 patients / day
• Ability to complete documentation within 24 hours
• Interest or experience in orthopedic , neurological , or pelvic health preferred
