A company is looking for a Remote Claims Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Review and investigate claims related to FMLA, PFL, ADA, and other leave programs
Adjudicate claims in accordance with regulations and maintain online claim data
Coordinate return to work and necessary accommodations for claimants and employees
Required Qualifications
High School degree or equivalent
Minimum of 1 year experience with FMLA and / or PFL claims
Exposure to issues within FMLA and / or PFL
Solid analytical and decision-making skills
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Word and Excel
