We are seeking a skilled Trial Attorney to join our growing team of passionate advocates. Our firm specializes in personal injury, elder abuse & neglect, and medical malpractice cases. We are looking for someone with strong writing ability, significant trial preparation and trial skills experience, and the grit to take on challenging cases in the fight for justice.

This is an ideal role for a litigation attorney who thrives on law and motion practice, preparing for trial, and getting into the courtroom. While experience in elder abuse or medical malpractice is preferred, we are open to training the right candidate in substantive law if they bring the right mindset and litigation foundation.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage a robust caseload from intake through trial with support from paralegals and senior attorneys.

Prepare complaints, discovery, motions, and trial-related filings.

Draft and argue Oppositions to Demurrers and Motions for Summary Judgment.

Take and defend depositions, including expert and key defense witnesses.

Work closely with experts, including consulting, preparation, and examination at deposition or trial.

Participate in mediations, settlement negotiations, and develop overall litigation strategies.

Appear at hearings and trials across California, primarily in Southern California.

Maintain compliance with all California Code of Civil Procedure deadlines and filing requirements.

Qualifications :

Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.

Prior experience with trials, law and motion, discovery, and depositions.

Excellent legal writing and oral advocacy skills.

Highly organized, proactive, and self-motivated.

Able to work independently and take initiative in a remote work environment.

Familiarity with elder abuse, medical malpractice, or personal injury litigation preferred but not required.

Work Environment :

Primarily remote with flexibility for in-office collaboration (downtown Los Angeles office space available).

Must be available for in-person court appearances, depositions, and trials throughout California.
