Fpa Manager
Well-known personal care product company based in Manhattan. This role is 4 days per week in office, and offers a chance for someone with 5+ years of financial analysis experience a chance to work in a collaborative department at a stable retail company.
Job Description
This role will involve :
- Support during the monthly and quarterly close cycles.
- Collaborate with teams to track expenses, identify variances, and support cost control efforts.
- Support the preparation of monthly financial reports, forecasts, and variance analyses.
- Assist in budget and forecast updates across general and administrative (G&A) functions.
- Consolidate and validate financial data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain and update financial models and reporting templates.
- Help prepare group deliverables, including monthly reporting and audit requests.
- Provide system and reporting support within ERP and BI tools (SAP, Power BI, Domo, etc.).
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and documentation of finance procedures.
- Assist with other ad hoc analysis and projects as needed.

The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have :
Minimum of 5 years' experience in finance / business analysisExperience in a CPG company a plusExperience with financial systems : ERP (SAP, NetSuite or similar) requiredExperience with DOMO, Tableau, or Power BI a plusStrong analytical skills and an ability to identify critical concerns and prioritize; problem-solving / solution finder abilities.Pro-active : ability to handle a multitude of projects and issues at one timeTeam player : ability to interact with all levels within an organization.Strong organization and prioritization skillsInterest in learning and ability to integrate information to identify the implications of macro trends for the business.Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment managing time sensitive deliverables.What's on Offer
