The Position
We are seeking a Field Service Technician for the Boston, MA area to perform service work on our filtered water systems, including bottleless water coolers, ice machines, sparkling water dispensers, and coffee brewers. Responsibilities include installation, maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance. The technician acts as the face of Quench, providing excellent customer service during site visits. Reports to the Field Service Manager and operates a company vehicle. Training is provided upon hire.
The typical schedule is Monday-Friday, 7 : 00 AM - 4 : 00 PM, with possible slight variations depending on service needs.
Pay : $27.50 (or more with experience)
