Reporting directly to the Vice President, you'll be responsible for managing all aspects of the service department. Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily service operations, including crew dispatch, material coordination, and job tracking
- Conduct roof inspections to diagnose issues and prepare repair estimates
- Develop scopes of work and ensure timely, high-quality job completion
- Communicate regularly with clients to address service needs and provide updates
- Review proposals, invoices, and job costs to ensure profitability
- Supervise, train, and support service technicians and foremen
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance on all job sites
- Maintain accurate records and coordinate with vendors and internal teams
- Support warranty work and build preventative maintenance programs

At least 5 years of commercial roofing experienceFamiliarity with single-ply, built-up, modified bitumen, and metal systemsSkilled in job scheduling, estimating, and team managementConfident communicator with strong leadership skillsComfortable with Microsoft Office and basic service softwareValid driver’s license with a clean recordOSHA 30-hour certification (preferred)Previous experience managing service crews or roofing projects (preferred)
