Business Management Specialist
The Business Management Specialist manages a diverse portfolio of business management activities for complex or high risk functional area(s), and implement policies / processes and / or initiatives to meet business management, strategy and governance objectives. Interfaces regularly with management in the delivery of work activities.
We are building out a QA pillar for first line data management to ensure we are effective in our management of data risk in the first line across CUSO (Combined US Operations). If not fulfilled, there will be a risk of operational failure where we will not be able to ensure there is effective QA over CUSO DMO Processes.
High level responsibilities include but are not limited to the following :
- Document and maintain the QA Strategy, operating model, roles and responsibilities, procedures as applicable.
- Develop / design and execute the testing strategy for each component in the Data Management Standard and procedures, and other CUSO DMO processes as needed.
- Develop / design and operationalize the reporting / dashboard on testing performed
- Develop / design and operationalize the monitoring of QA test results
- Development, implementation and execute the QA communication strategy

Undergraduate degree7+ years relevant experiencePreferred Qualifications :
Candidates with 3+ years of relevant experience will be consideredProfessional background / experience in Audits (IT or Operational), Risk Management, 1A / 1B, QA Testing, Operations / Data Strategy, Governance & Controls, Data Management, or Data GovernanceProven audit skills, strategic thinking, problem solving, attention to detail, and knowledge of data management fundamentalsExperience in leading testing teams, in Audit or as an Auditor-in-ChargeRisked based decision making, problem solving and conflict resolution skillsStrong project management skillsAbility to lead and manage small to medium sized teamsBanking experience preferredStrong ability to develop relationships with the business while conducting testsCustomer Accountabilities :
