We are currently seeking Nursing Supervisors for the following shifts :

2nd Shift – 48 hours per pay period

3rd Shift – 48 hours per pay period

As a Nursing Supervisor, you will play an essential leadership role in ensuring our residents receive the highest level of care. You'll oversee nursing and resident care during your shift, coordinate clinical services, and provide guidance and support to staff. This position also includes oversight of all employees in the building during your shift, ensuring smooth operations and a positive environment for residents and team members alike.

We are proud to offer competitive wages based on experience, along with a sign-on bonus of up to $10,000 (depending on the position accepted, paid over two years). We also provide shift differential pay for 2nd and 3rd shifts and weekends, generous paid time off, weekly dress-down days, and employee appreciation events.
