Job Description

The Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor oversees resident care in a skilled nursing facility, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care under the physician's guidance.

• Performs independent nursing functions, including assessments, treatments, medications, and documentation.
• Supervises CNAs and LPNs, ensuring quality bedside care and effective team communication.
• Monitors residents' conditions, reports changes, and participates in discharge planning.
• Maintains compliance with safety, infection control, and documentation standards.
• Requires RN licensure, nursing experience in a skilled facility, and physical ability to perform job duties.
