DESCRIPTION OF WORK

In this position, you will oversee and participate in the care of patients from the community criminal justice system who have diverse psychiatric and behavioral conditions requiring intensive inpatient evaluation and treatment. You will collaborate with staff to ensure consistent care and supervision, offering guidance, direction, and evaluating compliance with forensic center safety protocols. You will serve as an essential resource for nursing staff, administration, interdisciplinary teams, and support services while ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment for patients. Additionally, you will provide continuous education and training for personnel and maintain compliance with hospital, nursing, and forensic policies and procedures.

Work Schedule and Additional Information :

• Full-time employment
• Work hours are 3rd shift (11 : 15 PM to 7 : 15 AM), with rotating on and off duty days, including weekends and holidays.
• Overtime and travel : As needed
• May change based on operational needs.
• Telework : You will not have the option to telework in this position.
• Salary : In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.
