An international design and manufacturing company that makes high voltage transmission equipment needs to find an Electrical Engineer or Structural Engineer to work on products for the electrical transmission industry.

This is a fully remote position. You can live anywhere in the United States, and you must have permanent authorization to work in the United States. The company provides excellent benefits, including a 10-20% bonus, health benefits, and a 6% 401K match.

I have similar openings for individuals with Electrical Engineering or Structural / Civil Engineering degrees and backgrounds in Power Line Transmission projects.

• Engage in research and development concerning electrical insulation for power transmission lines and structures, working collaboratively in teams.
• Be knowledgeable of market practices in the design, construction, and commissioning of power transmission and distribution projects.
• Study power transmission solutions and identify business opportunities in grid projects.
• Evaluate projects for best practices, government compliance, and market standards.
• Collaborate with marketing, management, and operations teams.
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, finance, and sales departments.

REQUIREMENTS

This role requires experience in power transmission projects and a minimum of a BSEE or equivalent engineering degree. We also have similar openings for candidates with a Structural / Civil Engineering degree and relevant background.
