About the Role

OpenLoop is looking fora Licensing Specialist to join our team remotely or at HQ inDes Moines, IA. In this role, you will be responsible for managing providerlicensing from application through renewal. You'll work closely with providers,internal teams, and state boards to ensure timely, compliantlicensure.

What You'llDo

• Apply for provider licenses in collaboration with theprovider.
• Monitor submitted license applications to determinestatus weekly.
• Ensure all license applications are full and completeto streamline processing time.
• Verify providers' requirementsfor approval to work in specific states.
• Apply for and verifyfacility licensure.
• Review licensing reports for new hires,identify continuing education, and additional license needs.
• Resolve license deficiencies and related issues within state boardrequirements.
• Track and monitor license expirations and renewals forproviders.
• Communicate with state licensing boards asnecessary.
• Assist in the support of compliance and licensinginitiatives.
• Communicate requirements with internal teams andfollow-up when necessary.
• Other duties as assigned

Who You Are

Remote Salary Range

$50,000 — $60,000 USD
