Associate Brand Manager with 3+ years of relevant experience needed for a full-time, hybrid (3 / 2) position in Greater Boston (Burlington MA area). Must have experience in brand management, ideally in CPG. Experience working with a high-growth, small to medium sized company is preferred. Salary is 78-100K depending on experience and qualifications.
The Associate Brand Manager drives the growth and evolution of the brand globally by supporting the development and execution of foundational brand strategies and marketing campaigns. Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager, this role analyzes market trends, monitors brand performance, and ensures brand consistency across all touchpoints while collaborating with internal teams and external partners. This role is ideal for a proactive, data-driven marketing professional passionate about global brand growth and consumer connection.
Key Responsibilities :
- Support the development and execution of brand strategies and global marketing campaigns.
- Manage timelines and deliverables for product launches and campaigns.
- Ensure brand consistency by maintaining and enforcing guidelines across all consumer-facing materials.
- Analyze North America brand performance, market trends, and consumer insights to inform initiatives and strategies.
- Assist with content and marketing support for International markets and US / Canada projects.
- Track, report, and forecast the marketing budget to ensure alignment with planned expenses.
- Drive organic social content strategy, engagement, and community response in collaboration with partners.
- Contribute to innovation, growth opportunities, and new product development projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing initiatives effectively.
Requirements :
3–5+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related field, preferably in consumer packaged goods (CPG); experience with high-growth brands is a plus.Proven ability to support cross-functional initiatives across diverse teams.Strong analytical skills to interpret consumer, market, and performance data.Solid knowledge of brand management and marketing fundamentals.Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred but not mandatory.
