Production Supervisor :

We are seeking a candidate with several years of experience who is highly KPI-driven, hands-on, and committed to employee engagement. The ideal candidate will also be skilled in managing and resolving conflicts among employees

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and lead production personnel to meet daily manufacturing goals

Monitor and track KPIs for productivity, quality, and efficiency

Enforce safety protocols and quality standards during the shift

Collaborate with maintenance and quality assurance teams to resolve production issues

Train, coach, and develop team members to sustain high performance

Administer disciplinary actions and resolve personnel matters as needed

Perform basic troubleshooting and minor equipment repairs to minimize downtime

Support continuous improvement initiatives and foster a culture of excellence

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred

Minimum 2 years of supervisory or related manufacturing experience

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Effective at planning, prioritizing, and managing multiple tasks

Commitment to integrity, accountability, and continuous improvement
