Software Implementation Consultant – Enterprise SaaS / Professional Services

  • Full-Time / Permanent

  • $95,000–$115,000 + Excellent Company Benefits

Are you an experienced Software Implementation Consultant with a track record of delivering complex, enterprise-scale solutions ? We're looking for a consultative, technically adept professional who thrives in global environments and enjoys turning sophisticated business challenges into seamless software solutions.

The volume of implementations will only be 1-2 at any given time , due to their complexity. Duration can be anywhere from 6-9-months or even 2-years (client dependent). The role will very much suit someone used to managing fewer complex implementations, over a longer timescale!

You'll play a key role in delivering transformative SaaS solutions, supporting enterprise clients across professional services, resource management, and operational efficiency.

How Your Day Will Look :

  • Lead end-to-end software implementations for large, global enterprise clients.
  • Configure and deploy complex solutions, ensuring each implementation meets client-specific needs.
  • Conduct client workshops to capture requirements and translate them into functional and technical designs.
  • Design and implement CRM and ERP integrations , ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
  • Collaborate with distributed teams across project delivery, development, and client success functions.
  • Mentor junior team members and deputize for the Project Manager where required.
  • Support pre-sales activities , contributing to scoping sessions and solution demonstrations.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, fostering strong client relationships and ensuring successful adoption of solutions.

    • Skills & Experience :

  • Proven experience in consultative software implementations for enterprise-level clients.
  • Strong background in configuring complex SaaS solutions
  • Experience implementing Workday, PSA, or similar enterprise systems
  • Demonstrated success working in distributed, cross-functional teams
  • Deep understanding of resource management and professional services processes
  • CRM and ERP integration design experience.
  • Strong client-facing and communication skills , able to engage effectively with senior stakeholders.
  • Experience mentoring team members and supporting leadership activities within projects.
  • Exposure to implementation pre-sales and early-stage solution shaping.
