Director of Supply Chain Planning / Operations North America is responsible for leading, optimizing and upgrading the planning operations for Cartamundi USPC. This role ensures the delivery of operational excellence, planning efficiency and continuous improvement, while aligning the North American supply chain with the company’s global strategies and business objectives. The Director will lead a team of planning professionals and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver high customer satisfaction and operational effectiveness. They work closely together with the Customer Service Departments in a continuous effort to deliver excellence.
Together with the Senior Manager of Procurement and Transportation, the Director of Supply Chain Planning North America defines and rolls out the supply chain strategy for North America, while representing the North America supply chain in global supply chain councils and collaborating closely with other facilities across the globe.
