Overview

The Concession Stand Manager is responsible for overseeing a concession stand or portable locations for an event. The Concession Stand Manager ensures quality products and services for concession stand workers, hourly employees, Temporary or NFP positions. The Stand Manager must be familiar with all food and beverage items available as well as prep techniques and quantities. The Stand Manager is responsible for inventory of all items in the location and is required to take an open and closed inventory.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a concession stand or portable locations during events.
• Ensure quality products and services for concession stand workers and staff.
• Be familiar with all food and beverage items, prep techniques and quantities.
• Manage inventory and conduct open and closed inventories.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Concession Supervisor, Asst. Concession Manager and other Supervisors to ensure guest and worker satisfaction.
• Address guest complaints and ensure satisfactory resolutions.
• Complete end-of-event paperwork for final accounting and closeout.
• Coach team members on closing duties and prepare the concession location for future events.
• Inspect the stand at end of day and perform complete closeout.
