Accounting Team

This position will play a key role as part of the Accounting Team. This role is critical in ensuring financial integrity and supporting strategic decision-making across Water Solutions & Services operations. Provides accounting support in analyzing and maintaining the company's financial reporting systems, including but not limited to, the following areas : General Accounting / Ledger, Intercompany, AR Aging / Bad Debt, monthly / quarterly reporting.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in accounting or business related field.

Minimum of 2- 5 years' experience in Public Accounting firm and / or Controller's functions of a company. Combination of both a plus.

Demonstrated experience in resolving non-routine and semi-complex accounting activities. such as account reconciliations and journal entries.

Strong organizational skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively, manage multiple projects, and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.

Computer skills necessary, intermediate to advanced proficiency with the Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & Powerpoint). SAP experience preferred. Knowledge of OneStream, Workiva, CoStar a plus.

Ability to collaborate remotely with team members in various locations.
