Valuations Manager / Director

Overview

Valuations Manager / Director role at PKF O’Connor Davies. The Valuation Services team provides support and consulting services to clients with an emphasis on business valuation, including valuations of closely held companies, intangible assets, derivatives, and other assets / liabilities for tax and financial statement reporting, mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning, and other purposes.

Responsibilities

• Overall daily management of engagements
• Design scope of work for engagements
• Ensure quality control and accuracy of client deliverables
• Develop and maintain sustainable client and referral relationships
• Develop complex financial analyses and financial models
• Review and analyze client financial data, market data, industry data, and economic data
• Improve internal processes, procedures, policies, analyses, and models
• Prepare and review valuation analyses and reports of businesses and equity interests for tax and regulatory compliance, restructuring and reorganization, strategic planning, transaction advisory, and litigation purposes
• Actively pursue and assist in business development efforts, including collaboration with other PKFOD practices
• Supervise, mentor, and develop staff; provide performance feedback and training
• Communicate the status of engagements and deliverables on a regular basis
