Job Title : Social Media Manager LinkedIn Specialist

NextPlay Jobs is supporting a law firm to identify a contract / fractional Social Media Manager who specializes in LinkedIn to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation on the platform. You will be responsible for building the client's professional presence, growing their audience, and crafting compelling content that positions the brand as a thought leader in the defense litigation industry.
Responsibilities
- LinkedIn Strategy & Execution : Develop and execute a LinkedIn-focused content strategy aligned with company goals. Manage the companys LinkedIn Page and, if applicable, key executives personal profiles. Identify opportunities for brand positioning, thought leadership, and industry conversation.
- Content Creation & Management : Write, edit, and schedule high-quality posts, articles, and video content tailored to LinkedIns audience. Collaborate with design, sales, and product teams to create engaging visual and multimedia assets. Ensure brand voice, tone, and style are consistent across all LinkedIn communications.
- Community Building & Engagement : Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely, professional manner. Engage with relevant industry groups, influencers, and partner content to expand reach. Build relationships with key followers, decision-makers, and industry thought leaders.
- Analytics & Optimization : Track key performance metrics such as engagement rate, follower growth, click-throughs, and conversions. Conduct A / B testing on content formats, posting times, and messaging. Provide monthly reports with actionable insights to improve performance.
- Paid Campaigns : Collaborate with the paid media team to create and optimize LinkedIn Ads, including Sponsored Content, InMail, and retargeting campaigns.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).10+ years of experience in social media management, with a strong focus on LinkedIn.Proven track record of growing engagement and followers on LinkedIn.Strong copywriting and storytelling skills with the ability to adapt tone for professional audiences.Familiarity with LinkedIn Campaign Manager and analytics tools.Experience with B2B marketing is highly preferred.Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools is a plus.Key Skills
