Ron Carter GM is seeking a high-performing Service Drive Manager to lead our front-line service operations and elevate the customer experience. This is a key leadership role responsible for managing service advisors, ensuring a smooth and efficient drive process, maximizing profitability, and delivering world-class service to our valued clients.
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise and coach all service advisors to achieve department performance targets
- Drive customer satisfaction through effective communication, timely updates, and issue resolution
- Manage workflow, appointment scheduling, and repair order accuracy
- Monitor and improve advisor productivity, CSI scores, and service retention
- Ensure compliance with dealership policies, OEM guidelines, and safety procedures
- Actively write service tickets and support advisors during peak times
Ideal Candidate Will Have :
Prior experience as a service drive manager, assistant service manager, or lead advisorStrong leadership and communication skills with a team-first mindsetProven track record in CSI, upselling maintenance work, and managing high volumesKnowledge of GM systems and procedures preferred, but not requiredA hands-on approach and ability to lead by exampleCompensation & Benefits :
Compensation Range : $75,000 – $135,000 (based on experience and performance)Benefits Include :401(k) with company match
