job_description.job_card.job_descriptionCoordinate and manage project teams, including subcontractors, vendors, and internal staff, to meet project objectives. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, track milestones, and resolve any delays or issues. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company safety protocols and quality standards. Prepare and manage project budgets, review financial reports, and adjust cost estimates as needed. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and team members, providing regular updates and addressing concerns. Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize potential disruptions to the project timeline or budget. Review and approve project documentation, contracts, and change orders to ensure alignment with project goals and scope. 7+ years experience in a PM or higher role Ground up general contracting construction experience Degree in Construction Management or Engineering, or relevant experience in place of degree Excellent written and verbal communication skills Leadership ability to oversee more junior proejct managers and apms Ability to work both independently, as well in a team setting Passion for delivering first class service to customers Ability to mentor more junior PMs Project Locations - All Milwaukee area Family oriented culture with employee tenure of over a decade Solid leadership out of top general contractors Hands off management approach Great relationships with subcontractors Strong pipeline of projects Top tier base salary ($140-$175k) Strong yearly bonuses 4 weeks PTO & holidays $800 / month car allowance & gas card Excellent medical, dental, and vision coverage Growth track to senior leadership 1 day WFH per week and much more!
