Ensure compliance with design specifications, building codes, and regulations, and proactively address any construction-related challenges that arise. Optimize resource allocation, including labor, materials, and equipment, to maximize productivity and project efficiency. Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and timely completion. Maintain meticulous project documentation, including progress reports, daily logs, and change orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Cultivate strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and community stakeholders, fostering open communication and exceptional client satisfaction. Enforce stringent safety protocols to maintain a safe and healthy work environment for all project personnel. Demonstrated track record of 8+ years as a successful Construction Superintendent in commercial construction. Ground up experience required Some experience managing multi-family or other wood frame projects Exceptional leadership abilities, inspiring and motivating project teams to achieve outstanding results. Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills, facilitating effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement. Proficiency in interpreting construction plans, drawings, and specifications, ensuring accurate project implementation. In-depth knowledge of construction safety practices, regulations, and compliance, prioritizing the well-being of the project team. Strong organizational and time management skills, adept at prioritizing tasks and meeting project deadlines. Culture : collaborative work team and environment with strong mentor-ship Revenue : Approx. $700M Project Portfolio : Affordable housing, education and workforce housing No micromanagement 3 weeks PTO + 10 Paid Holidays Base salary of $115-$145K Generous bonus potential at 15-20% annually Full health-care, dental, and vision coverage $500 / month car allowance + Fuel card 3 weeks PTO + 10 paid holidays 401K with employer match
