Are you an Estimator, from a HVAC or Mechanical Construction background, looking for a long term contract position offering specialist training and potential to go permanent in the future?

This is an onsite position where you will showcase your skills estimating and earn a great salary at the same time. You'll receive hands-on training with AutoBid, Hylands, and QuoteSoft.

This is a great time to join this financially strong contractor who have a large client base and excellent pipeline of projects.

Do you have experience estimating HVAC or mechanical construction projects, and want to work for a company that values its people as much as its projects?

Relocation assistance and temporary corporate housing are available to help you get settled quickly. This is a great opportunity for an Estimator to be based on the same site for a well respected Contractor who are looking to grow.

The Role

• Lead cost estimating and bid preparation for mechanical and HVAC systems.
• Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
• Perform detailed takeoffs and source vendor and subcontractor pricing.
• Coordinate bid schedules and support design-build preconstruction efforts
• 6-12 Month Contract (W2, 1099 / C2C)
