What You'll Be Doing

Train and mentor QC technicians to maintain high standards and consistency.

Maintain accurate documentation and ensure adherence to regulatory and company standards.

Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and support continuous improvement.

Diagnose and resolve customer concerns

Ever changing environment and daily activities working across multiple locations

Facilitate teamwork and communication amongst sales, operations, and QC.

Work Environment

This role operates in a dynamic, hands-on industrial setting with exposure to outdoor elements and production equipment. Safety gear and adherence to protocols are essential. Occasional travel between sites may be required.
