As a Regional Sales Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our contract sales strategy, team development, and market expansion. Your responsibilities will include :
Leadership & Team Development
- Mentor and support a team of contract sales professionals
- Conduct monthly 1-on-1s and performance reviews
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance
- Represent the contract sales team's voice within the broader organization
Strategic Sales Management
Align regional sales strategies with company goalsAnalyze market trends and customer behavior to identify growth opportunitiesGuide reps in developing and refining quarterly strategic plansCollaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Logistics, CX, and Design teamsProject Management
