Duties & Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers by providing excellent customer service.
• Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding product features, pricing and promotions.
• Assist customers telephonically and via email correspondence with professionalism and efficiency.
• Process customer quotes and orders accurately and timely.
• Assist 'customer walk-ins' with an enthusiastic approach and effectively communicate our products features.
