Responsibilities :
- Understanding customer's needs & providing solutions
- Preparing quotes
- Deliver exceptional customer service & satisfaction
- In-home sales
- Measure for all types of treatments including shades, shutters, and motorization
- Preparing order details for manufacturers
- Follow up on open leads
- Building relationships
- Participate in ongoing product and technology training
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-starter, quick learner, team player
- Solid understanding of technology
- Current and valid driver's license
- Ability to accurately read a tape measure
- Able to work independently and as a team
- Sales experience is a plus
