As a Maintenance Technician you will provide excellent service to our residents and will help keep the apartment community running smoothly! The ideal candidate will have a background in electrical systems, plumbing repairs, the ability to troubleshoot and repair various appliances, as well as the skills to prepare apartments for new resident move ins.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance in residents' apartments
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues
• Complete work orders efficiently while providing excellent customer service
• Perform unit turnovers / make-readies
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance requests and completed work
• Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency
