Re-Posting this National Sales Director position to emphasize specifics of who we're looking to hire. First and foremost we're seeking a Current National Sales person! Someone who is familiar with calling on national accounts, someone who is comfortable with relational sales at all levels on the client. Someone who is comfortable calling on existing And building new business. We are looking for someone primarily with experience and product expertise in the Building Materials industry. (Think of a building and the many varied products that are used to construct that building. Walls, floors, ceilings, roofing, stone, insulation, concrete, etc) I am not looking for someone who has sold a service.......Product sales is a Must!

Though this position warrants upwards of 75% national travel, if you are interested in this role you Must reside or be willing to relocate to the Nashville, TN area. This is not negotiable. Relocation assistance will be provide for the selectee.

We are seeking a Strategic Leader who is adept at Sales Management, Team Leadership, and Building long term partnerships with major clients. You'll bring with you a successful track record of managing a team, meeting deadlines, and delivering on business objectives. In this role you'll work closely with the VP of Sales, Regional Sales Managers, and other department leaders (Operations, Purchasing, HR) as well as Branch General Managers and field sales reps.

What you can expect if you're qualified and meet the required criteria is a base salary at about $175k annual with a bonus structure of about $50k. Benefits are standard as is travel expenses. A company vehicle will not be provided (air tvl and rental car is typical). This is a Growth Opportunity! If you have delivered as expected in year 1, there is a strong chance for promotion!
