We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales & Account Manager to drive revenue growth through account management, client relationship development, and product expertise. This individual will play a key role in managing customer accounts, supporting product inquiries, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned customer accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive retention and growth
- Manage inbound inquiries and provide product knowledge to support customer needs
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to expand client usage of products
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue targets and pipeline goals
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and order documentation as required
- Maintain accurate CRM records, tracking interactions, opportunities, and forecasts
- Assist in training clients on product features and best practices
- Provide feedback to leadership on customer trends and product opportunities
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in inside sales, account management, or customer successStrong product knowledge aptitude and ability to learn technical details quicklyExcellent relationship-building, presentation, and communication skillsExperience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)Results-driven with proven ability to meet or exceed sales goalsHighly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail
