The Mission Support Administrator- Full Performance provides administrative support to the office of assignment. Assists with a wide range of administrative tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the office.
- Manages the office calendar and schedule, scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
- Plan, schedule, organize, and execute meetings, conferences and off-sites; may participate in meetings and events as a recorder or working group member; may brief or present administrative support related information.
- Handles incoming and outgoing correspondence, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
- Prepares and edits documents, such as memos, reports, and presentations.
- Teach, train, and guide other contractors to instill best administrative practices, foster an understanding of the rationale for processes and procedures, and enable delivery of high-quality support.
- Analyze statistics and develop metrics to evaluate and summarize process or program results.
- Research and / or retrieve data and information from databases.
- Assists with meeting logistics, including preparing meeting materials and taking minutes.
- In collaboration with government POC, interpret and apply established policies and regulations, including application to unique situations or under unique conditions.
- Review work against checklists and process / program documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinates travel arrangements for staff members.
- Gather budget requirements and / or monitor spending plans related to project, function, or business area.
- Performs general administrative duties, such as maintaining files and records, ordering supplies, and greeting visitors.
- Assists with budget tracking and expense reports.
- Provides support to team members and managers as needed.
Requirements
Minimum three (4) years of experience in an administrative support role.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others.Ability to maintain confidentiality.Education :
High School Diploma or GED required. Associate degree in business administration or a related field preferred.Benefits
