Job Title : Client Services and Readiness Analyst, II
Location : Carmel, Indiana (In-office 4 days a week, 1 day hybrid)
What's the Job?
Manage complex issues with current and potential customers, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
Coordinate with various departments within the organization to promote customer advocacy and issue resolution.
Integrate new customers and resources for market participation, taking ownership of customer engagement processes.
Assist customers in resolving technical questions related to markets, operations, registration, and planning processes.
Develop complex queries using Knowledge Management tools and interpret data to tell meaningful stories that support decision-making.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate complex situations critically.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
Experience in customer service, technical support, or related roles.
Ability to develop and tell stories through data analysis and query development.
