Description
As a Principal Solutions Consultant for Zywave's Analytics product, you will serve as a strategic advisor to clients, showcasing the power of Zywave's data solutions to drive business outcomes. You will lead executive-level engagements, present best practices, and guide customers in maximizing the value of their analytics investments.
What you will do :
- Lead high-impact presentations and workshops with senior stakeholders to demonstrate the strategic value of Zywave's Analytics platform.
- Translate complex data concepts into compelling business narratives that resonate with executive audiences.
- Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to develop tailored solutions that align with client goals.
- Deliver best practice frameworks for data utilization, predictive modeling, and performance benchmarking.
- Act as a thought leader in analytics strategy, contributing to product evolution and market positioning.
- Support RFP responses, solution architecture, and onboarding for strategic accounts.
- Create and delivers product demos that not only showcase the features and functions but more importantly come full circle detailing the business outcomes the solution provides, the problems that it solves and the value to the customer
- Utilized for supporting the implementation process in complex, customer implementations
- Maintains knowledge of Zywave product roadmaps regarding future enhancements through close collaboration with the Product teams.
- Possess extensive knowledge on current market conditions, industry challenges, competitor strategies, and positioning techniques in relation to Zywave products.
- Listen to and assess prospective customers' business requirements, translating the needs into workflows that are demonstrated in the suite of products.
- Communicate technical terminology in an easily understood fashion, explain how complex products work, and demonstrate features and benefits for assigned product lines.
What you should bring :
Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or related field.8+ years in a client-facing actuarial, data analytics, solutions consulting or pre-sale's role.Strong executive presence with proven ability to influence senior decision makers.Deep understanding of insurance analytics, risk modeling, and data-driven decision-making.Experience presenting complex data solutions in a clear, business-oriented manner.Familiarity with actuarial principles and methodologies (ASA or FSA designation a plus).Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and analytics platforms.Experience with SaaS platforms and digital transformation initiatives.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to lead complex engagements and influence decision-making at senior levels.Powerful storytelling with ability to share technical knowledge in a relatable manner for the audience.Sales and service orientation with strong facilitation and relationship building skills.Organized and analytical, able to eliminate sales obstacles through creative approaches.Excellent technical written and verbal communication skills.Deep understanding of London Market operations, including placement, claims, and accounting workflows.Strong technical knowledge of data connectivity products, ACORD standards, and API-based integrations.Experience with SaaS platforms and digital transformation initiatives.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to lead complex engagements and influence decision-making at senior levels.Why Work at Zywave?
