We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and experienced Permanent Litigation Paralegal to join our fast-paced legal team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on a variety of complex litigation matters, providing vital support to our attorneys. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple cases from start to finish, ensuring all deadlines are met and all necessary documents are prepared and filed. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires at least 5 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities :

• Drafting and preparing legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and correspondence.
• Managing complex litigation calendars, ensuring all deadlines are accurately recorded and met.
• Tracking billable time and maintaining meticulous records for client billing.
• Utilizing legal software systems like FileSite, iManage, Elite, and e-discovery tools to organize and manage case files.
• Coordinating with clients, court personnel, and other law firms to gather and exchange information.
• Conducting legal research and assisting in the preparation of case strategies.
• Assisting attorneys in trial preparation, including organizing exhibits, preparing trial binders, and coordinating witness schedules.
• Ensuring the confidentiality of all sensitive client information.
