Sr Quality Manager

This role is based in Millersburg, PA, within our Bioproduction division, focusing on Single Use Technology products.
As the Sr Quality Manager, you will lead all aspects of the quality management system for our Millersburg site, ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer expectations.
A day in the Life :
- Supervise and develop capable personnel to accomplish objectives.
- Work with division leadership to support quality initiatives and goals
- Work closely with site leaders and other quality heads to improve our quality systems.
- Collaborate with customers to resolve difficult situations and navigate resolutions from quality perspective.
- Coordinate with diverse teams to establish an all-encompassing quality assurance framework.
- Conduct regular Gemba, skip level, and 1 : 1 meetings to maintain high staff engagement.
- Implement strategic plans, continuous improvement tactics and maintain compliance.

Education :
Minimum Education required : Bachelor's degree from an accredited higher learning institution.Experience :
8+ years of quality experience required.Prior direct and matrix people leadership experience required.Prior experience in a manufacturing and / or production environment.Proven capacity to guide and support teams effectively.Must have a strong understanding of quality management systems.Knowledge, Skills, Abilities :
Strong knowledge of quality assurance and control programs.Demonstrate outstanding communication and leadership skillsExcellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.Ability to manage compliance with regulatory requirements.Ability to develop and lead complex teams in a matrix environment.Ability to lead conversations and partner with customers.Ability to think strategically with the capability to resolve problems.Practical application experience in continuous improvement methodologies to improve processes, strengthen quality and drive efficiency.Physical Requirements / Work Environment :
