Truework, recently acquired by Checkr, provides access to crucial employment, income information and asset information needed for mortgage loans, apartment rentals, background checks, and more. As a Director for Mortgage Accounts, you will be directly responsible for managing a team of elite sales professionals focused on penetrating the mortgage lending market. This role will be a critical enabler to scaling our impact across the largest lenders in the country, and will be the conduit by which we achieve our growth targets. This role is ideal for a proven sales leader who :
- Has proven experience building and leading highly successful sales teams, with bi-furcated focus on new logo acquisition and deep account expansion
- Has familiarity selling into mortgage lending directly, to help model how to effectively sell transformational solutions, driving board relevant impact to a lender's operation
- Has an affinity for supporting day to day tactics in deal strategy and an eye for building repeatability in pipeline creation, advancement and health tactics
- Who thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environmentwilling and able to roll up their sleeves to work in the business as well as on the business

What You'll Do
Drive New Revenue GrowthBuild processes and cadences to support ongoing pipeline development and whitespace penetration for both new logo and expansion motionsLead a sustainable revenue strategy that consistently meets targetsAdvocate and drive accountability to supporting functions like marketing, partner, customer success and revenue operations to ensure the team has resourcing needed to deliver against targetsOperational ExcellenceOptimize the day to day sales activities to maximize revenue conversionLead annual strategy planning and sales, including account segmentation, territory assignment, financial targets, quotas, compensation plans, organizational design and capacity modelingCollaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize commercial opportunities and identify areas of improvementDrive Team Member SuccessLead a team of experienced and successful sellersRecruit, inspire, lead, mentor and motivate the sales organization to capitalize on market opportunitiesRole model company valuesSet and review KPIs aligned with targets and incentive plans and conduct quarterly check-insWhat You Bring
15+ years of full-cycle sales or sales leadership experience, selling technology solutions to institutions in the financial services industryExceptional sales instincts to fine-tune a sales engine for predictability, linearity, and high performance.Proven success in bringing in new business and optimising existing opportunities.Excellent people leadership skills to influence and drive accountability.Strong internal network and support, with the ability to navigate and 'get things done.'Strong understanding of using data to make informed decisions related to sales and business performance.Experience closing new business accounts and / or managing existing accounts with large global / multi-national customers, with complex organizational structuresExperience selling to the C-Suite. EVPs, CXOs and end-users (in the same sales cycle) in both individual and team sales environmentsGeneral knowledge in common sales practices like MEDDPICC, Command of the Message (Force Management), Challenger, Power Selling, or othersExcellent written and verbal communication skills - able to simplify complex topics in a friendly and approachable manner, present executive-level business casesWhat You'll Get
